Holidays in July?

Do you see all these Holiday in July sales and things? I think that's kinda crazy but I was inspired to make a holiday card so I guess sublimanly it worked.

Here is something I came up with it's non SU. The Patterened paper is from Scenic Route it's the Laurel Seawatch Drive, I sure love their paper. I love double sided paper. It's the best. So this paper inspired the card. The dimensions of the card are 3" X 6".

Ok So a little Holiday in July. It makes me want to start Christmas shopping.

Until Next Time....

Paper Album

I saw this on Dawn's website. Here's her tutorial, she has all the measurements and she used all SU products. I just adore her site she always has fun posts full of inspiration.

I used this paper pack I got at Target it's Stemma, for mine as I didn't have any SU papers to match the graduation theme.

So here's my take on it.

This was super simple. And it's a great way to send photos to Family. Instead of just an envelope of photos. I intend to make one for my Grandmothers with recent photos of Lilly. I just think they are so adorable.

Puffs:

CS 2 sheets cut at 7 1/4" X 5"

Patterend Paper cut at 4 3/4" X 6"

Accessories: CS Sticker, Boho Blossoms Punch (SU), Glitter Brads ( Making Memories), Ribbon (walmart), 3/16" Eyelets (Zision)

Until next time....

Lazy Sunday!

Don't you just love lazy sunday's. It was windy and rainy here yesterday and we just kinda hung around. Lilly made a card for her Aunt Britt today. Isn't it cute, she picked the papers, stamp, glitter and placement. She loves scrapping with me. It's fun to see her creativity and she beams with pride.

I also made a card today, tried to get a couple done but my juice seemed to run out after the first one. So I'll try again tomorrow.. I am still rolling ideas around for the cute little board books I got at the dollar store.

Also had to run into target for some things and saw these cute ribbon packs in the dollar spot.

Until next time....

More Dollar Treasures!

I'm cheap, I am not thrifty not frugal, cheap, cheap, cheap... I am always super proud of the great deals I find.. Jeans for 10 bucks, House of Dereon Shoes I got for 12 bucks things like that.. Where do you get your bargains or treasures?

So naturally I love the dollar store, not all of it but I tend to find useful things there.

Continuing on with some of the stuff I got this time...

Check out this cute mini board book kit, I thought how fun I got four of them in different colors.. Wedding is Black, white and silver. Baby Girl is Pink and purple, Baby Boy is blue and lavender(at least it looks lavender to me) and Travel is earthy tones.. Gotta get more of these!!!

They come with (pictured to the right) four boards, 8 photo corners, 7 tags, 1 big photo frame and 26 letters. They aren't quite chipboard thickness but sometimes chip is jus to thick, well I find so. The boards area chip thickness.

Well I am definately going back for more I've already thought of like five cute things to do with these. Grandkid books, mini vacation books, my favorite things. I'm sure I will come up with a few more. When I get a project completed I'll post it..

Until next time.

Dollar Store Treasures!!

Do you love the Dollar Store? Well specifically Dollar Tree? I do we have two here and one is umm ghetto, and the other is heaven it's really big and they always have wonderful treasures. LOL.

I found these super cute dimensional stickers with charms, gems, ribbon, felt and buttons on them. I thought they were stinkin cute...

I tried to get an angle so you could see the dimension not sure it came out so well...

Here are the others I grabbed. Can't wait to get creative with these..

I got a couple other cute things I'll share and I'll try to share a project made with these and the other things I grabbed.
Chipboard pieces, It's funny because I just bought some papers in these colors..

And these notebooks, 3 for a $1.. I'm gonna alter them.

Until next time....

HMMMM....

So I am very excited.... I got the We R Memory Keepers Big Bite II today for check this out $24.99, HSN had scrapbooking on all day and they had it on for $39 plus like $5 shipping. So I was very excited to see that Roberts had it on sale.. I have been wanting this for a while and the HSN presentation sent me over the edge. LOL.
I am also wanting the Cricut Expressions..... But that's such a large sum of money for one machine.. Still on the fence.

K well no card today.. But I noticed my posts were all published on their draft dates.. Thought that was odd. Otherwise a pretty uneventful tuesday thank goodness.

Lilly started her new gymnastics class today. She adores it. She does little gymnastics moves all over the place now. If only she would get out of this stubborn, I won't listen phase..

Any who...

Until next time.

Embrace Life

Ok so I had like six posts lined up ready to go and I suck.. I didn't not get them posted. I will work on them... I have finally stamped for the first time in a month! (holly smokes, I know). It was a busy month with work and Lilly's birthday (still can't believe she's four).
Some random news Michaels now has the organizer cubes in a dark brown finish. Seriously they are stunning. I bought my first one today. I was going to use a 50% off coupon but ta dah, they were on sale for $19.99. Shoulda bought a couple. But when your budgeting, you know how that goes. I do know they have a 40% of coupon for next week. So I probably go get another. I want twelve or so. As there is simply no room for them in the house we are in now. I thought I'd be thrifty and get them with coupons or on sale.. We'll see how that works.

So I am a terrible Blogger!

I have been terrible with posts. Mostly because I haven't been in my Scrap space in three weeks, yes I am going crazy! Unfortunately in this business (re)you have to take the business when it comes. I am just an assitant, I couldn'y imagine being an actual agent. I am hoping things slow down until then I'll be uploading the last few things I was able to make and as soon as I am able to create some new things I will upload those as well. Thanks for taking a moment to stop in. Hopefully your creative juices have been flowing more feely than mine.

Until next time.

Ok so this is not stamping related as I have had no chances to stamp this week (today for sure).
On to the problem at hand, Moonlight on CBS on Friday nights, has been cancelled. Sad but true. If you would like to hel save Moonlight, you can call CBS until 6pm( not sure which time zone but i'm assuming california time) today and leave a message, all they ask for is your city, state and age... They are looking to see who the demographic is. The numbers are 818-655-1779 or 212-975-4545. Thank you for helping hopefully we can keep this amazing show on the air.

Well Well...

Ok so I have had this blogger account for about a year and well I decided I should probably put it to good use. So here we go. I will add mostly scrapbooking material and small inserts of life as a single mom with a three year old (not always as fun as it sounds, lol). There could be some venting and ramblings as I am quite a talker. But hopefully those of you who stop by will enjoy my posting. Thanks for checking in have a Terrific Tuesday.
